Move many applications between stages, or to other jobs, in a single request. Each row in data is the body of POST /v3/applications/{id}/move plus the application id; rows are processed independently and the bulk request reports per-row success or failure. A row fails with a conflict if its application changed after the bulk request was created. Use to advance a whole stage after a debrief or to apply stage changes synced from another system.
