Remove a single employment entry from a candidate's profile. Because V3 has no update endpoint for employments, corrections to company_name, title, or dates are made by deleting the stale entry and creating a new one. Deleting the candidate's latest: true entry causes Greenhouse to recompute latest on the remaining entries (and the parent candidate's company and title will update to follow).
