Update up to the bulk-endpoint cap of offices in a single request. Each item in data must include the id of the target office plus the fields to change (same body shape as PATCH /v3/offices/{id}). Each row is processed independently and the response reports per-row success or failure; rows that fail validation do not block the others. Use for HRIS-driven syncs that touch many offices at once.
