Demographic answers are individual applicant submissions to the organization's voluntary demographic questions on a job post — distinct from the federally-mandated EEOC questionnaire, which has its own resource. Each row pairs an application with a demographic_question and the chosen demographic_answer_option; multi-select questions return one row per selected option, and rows backing a free-form Other choice carry the applicant's text in free_form_text. These responses are self-identification data and should be treated with the same sensitivity as EEOC responses.
