Asynchronously patch many candidate notes in a single call, for example to correct the body or visibility of a batch of notes imported from another system. Each item follows the same shape as PATCH /v3/notes/{id} with an additional id key identifying the note, is processed independently, and is subject to the same rules as that endpoint for the calling integration. A bulk_action_uuid is returned immediately. Per-item success or failure is reported through GET /v3/bulk_requests/{bulk_action_uuid}.
