GET /v3/bulk_requests

Fixed: callback_response holds only the status line of the callback POST (for example 200 OK), as documented, instead of the callback's response body. Redirects from callback_url are no longer followed.

Possible impact
If your integration read the callback's response body back out of callback_response, only the status line is there for bulk requests completed after this release.
