Changed: department_id and office_id are declared nullable. Both were already returned as null for prospects without a prospective department or office; the schema now matches the response.
Fixed: Prospect applications created before 2017 that have a prospective department but had no prospect detail now appear in results. department_id and office_id come from that prospective department, so office_id is null when it has no office; pool_id, pool_stage_id and prospect_owner_id are null.
