- Added: Permanently delete a candidate note with the new
harvest:notes:destroy scope. NOTE, EMAIL, FEEDBACK, TOUCHPOINT, LINKEDIN_NOTE, and LINKEDIN_INMAIL notes can be deleted by a Site Admin or the note's author; other types, including ACTIVITY and INTERVIEW, return a 422.
