PATCH /v3/webhooks/{id}

• ⚠️ Breaking Changed: Changing endpoint_url or event_action_type onto values already used by another active webhook in the organization is now rejected with 409. An update that leaves both fields unchanged is unaffected, so an organization already holding duplicates can still rename or deactivate them.

POST /v3/webhooks

• ⚠️ Breaking Changed: A request whose endpoint_url and event_action_type match an existing active webhook in the organization is now rejected with 409 instead of creating a second subscription. Integrations that re-create their webhooks on a schedule will start seeing this; the webhook they already have is live and needs no action.
